Great house if you like village living.

One double and one single room available from October.

The double room has a wardrobe and king size bed with drawers, although these can be removed if you prefer to bring your own furniture. There's also a bike shed and a nice studio space in the garden which I use for drawing and am happy to share. Bills come to around £70 per month each including broadband, water, electric, etc.

There's good cycle path access to Cambridge, although it's about 5 or 6 miles. I cycle to work, but it is too far for some.

The house is very spacious with a nice kitchen/dining room, living room and conservatory. It also has a lovely garden. I live here with my spaniel and current housemate who is a gardener.

I am a postdoc at Anglia Ruskin, so spend much of my time there. We like to keep the house clean and tidy. We're not big party animals but enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings and having a few friends round for dinner occasionally.

If you're a dog lover wanting to stick around for a while, this is for you.

Ideally I'm looking for people who want to stay at least a year. The house is rented through an agent, so it would be necessary to go through their references and fees. Approx £200 each for fees, which is why I would prefer a long term let.
