Looking for a student or professional person to move into a clean and cosy room in friendly home with a shared bathroom and kitchen.

Idyllic, quiet location in the countryside just outside of Cambridge with lovely garden and conservatory space.

We are situated close to the A14 and the A1303. Excellent location for access to science park, Cambridge North station, Marshalls Airport and park and ride into city.

The ideal applicant will be self sufficient and have their own transport. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with an hourly bus into town but there is no service on Sundays. Location would also suit keen cyclist.

We have fibre broadband and all bills are included in the monthly charge.

The room is furnished with bed, desk, desk draws, shelving, under-bed storage and clothes hanging space. Basic bedding supplied.
