Newly Decorated Room in Cottage

2-bedroom cottage (1 unfurnished room available on the 1st floor) with access to a shared downstairs bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, and utility room. Most bills are included except for oil, which is ordered 2-3 times a year and will be shared equally (being topped up before anyone moves in). I'm a working professional with a small Jack Russell that comes with me to work, and I work shifts so am often not here at weekends or evenings. If a couple would like the room, then there is an extra £200.00 to the monthly rent. The room has some built-in storage but would need a bed and other furniture. The deposit is just under 5 weeks' rent and a holding deposit of £200 (goes towards deposit) is required to secure the room. Pictures to follow; I just need to move my last few boxes out of the room.
