2-bedroom cottage (1 furnished double room to let) with a shared downstairs bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, and utility room. I'm a working professional with a small Jack Russell. If a couple would like the room, then there is an extra £250.00 to the monthly rent. The room has some built-in storage and I’ll be adding a double bed before anyone moves in.

This is a leased property and I am not the owner but live in the property. Contract will be with myself and managed through a third party platform for deposit and rent collection.
