I have a large double room available to rent in my quiet, 2 bedroom terraced house, with a garden.

There are visitor car parking bays which can be used on a first come first served basis and off street parking available too. There is also a lockable storage shed for bicycles.

This house is very conveniently located near to Addenbrooke's hospital, (1 mile) easy access to the train station (2 miles) and the City Centre (3 miles).

Bus routes into the hospital, station, Cambridge city centre and further South of the city pass near to the home.

There are convenient and speedy cycle routes and guided bus routes nearby also.

The bedroom is a large double room with built in wardrobe, a chest for storage, beside table and a desk. There is one bathroom with bath and shower facilities and a downstairs cloak room.

I am looking for professional female occupants only. The use of the room and home is only for the paying tenant, and is not open for friends and family.
