*Only short term considered*The flat: large, four-bedroom house in Cambridge (Trumpington). Located 5 mins. walk from Bus stops, Waitrose supermarket, post office and restaurants, 10 mins. walk from Nature reserve area.
Fully-fitted kitchen-diner with gas hob. Large furnished living rooms with two sofas and a dining table. Main bathroom with bath tube, shower, toilet; additional small toilet and washing machine. Use of a large private garden.
The flatmates: 2 academics with international backgrounds in their 30s and a very calm child 5 years old.
We are looking for an undergraduate or postgraduate student (male or female). We are thinking about a mature, easygoing, considerate and clean person. Preferably non smokers. It can be non-vegetarian but tolerant.
We are friendly, sociable people! We all lead busy lives, but like to get together for a meal or have lovely evening conversations. Possibility of extension of the rental period- we have also a double bed if preferred!
