Double room available ASAP

Hi there, I am posting on behalf of my current flat mate.

The house it a lovely two story house with gated parking out front. It has been newly renovated in the kitchen and bathroom. It’s 2 minute walking distance from the bus stop and there is a Waitrose roughly a 10 minute walk away, and easy access to highways!

The room itself is a double bed, fully furnished. There is a wardrobe, dressing table, TV, nightstand and an ottoman, so plenty of room for storage! Obviously have access to the common area as well. There is a washer in the kitchen, and a hanging dry rack in the double room. Beautiful backyard.

The current tenant, is an absolutely lovely lady. She is the house owner and is more so just looking for a relaxed individual to share her house with. Loves having dinners together, and the odd glass of wine together! Extremely thoughtful, and always looking to make your day better and easier. There are also 5 furry friends that roam the downstairs, 2 pugs, a boxer and 2 cocker spaniels (adorable).

It is a lovely house offering great and relaxed company, would suit someone looking for something similar!
