Double Room in Modern Flat

My name’s Ben and I’m a young professional living and working in Cambridge. My place is a modern and spacious two bedroom second-floor apartment in Trumpington, right next to the park-and-ride and a minute’s walk away from Sainsbury’s! The communal areas are furnished with a sofa, dining table, TV etc. and the bedroom unfurnished. You would also have your own bathroom. Rent is £1275 (£637.5 each) per month excluding bills (Gas/electricity, water, council tax, Wifi).

I am an easy-going, friendly and sociable guy looking for someone of a similar disposition, to replace my current flatmate who is moving out at the end of August. I’m interested in rowing, cooking and hiking and a fan of both a quiet night in with a board game and also going out and having a laugh with my friends. I am happy to cook communal meals and give lifts in my car!
