A beautiful room in a semi-detached house in Trumpington is available for rent. We are very friendly and secure professionals working in Addenbrookes campus. The available room is in the first floor (we have single/double bed, upto you to choose). We have nice side and front gardens. One bathroom with tub, shower with toilet and one extra toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen is fully equipped. We have one storage room close to your room, two garages, one for the garden stuffs and one for cycles with lock for the garage. Living room has a dining table. The house is semi-detached and it’s a beautiful house and surroundings.

Available also for short term let for December and January with less deposit.
