Hello,
I am looking for a friendly, tidy and female lodger for a long term stay. The room is available from the 2nd January and I am looking for someone who wants to live in a calm and relaxed home environment. The room is a light and airy double with a private en-suite. The house is on a small private development of 9 houses and is situated just minutes away from Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge BioMedical Campus and close to the M11. Cambridge train station is a 10 minute cycle and Cambridge city centre 15 min cycle. The rent includes all bills.
The house has a garden and shed for storing bikes. You would be sharing with me and my current housemate. I am looking for someone who wants to live as part of a cosy 'home', who enjoys an occasional social dinner together but also values their own space. I also have a little black Cat called Toulouse who is very friendly so it would be a bonus if you like cats! Looking forward to hearing from you if you are interested ;-)
