Double room in friendly house

We are looking for a fourth professional to move into a 4 bed house with us. We are three young professionals (24-27) all currently living in Cambridge.

The room is unfurnished and is on the same floor as a bathroom, the shower is only shared with one other person. The house is well located within Trumpington. It is a new build property and feels clean with lots of space.

10-15 minute drive to Cambridge centre
10-15 minute cycle to the station (via busway)
Close to park and ride

We are looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and sociable. We will be sharing a kitchen, living room and garden.

The room is available from 23 July. Rent is £500 a month and bills are around £120 a month. Bedroom is on the second floor.
