En-suite room in Trumpington Meadows in 2 bed flat

Hi there

I’m looking for a lodger in my ground floor 2 bedroom flat in Trumpington Meadows. The advert says it’s 5 bedroom but I can’t seem to change it 🙈

The room is a good size double room that comes furnished with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built-in double wardrobe and desk. The room also has an en suite shower.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living space that opens on to a terrace has a lovely view over the meadows. It’s in a block of 8 flats with friendly neighbours. The building has secure cycle storage and there is free car parking on the roads nearby.


Addenbrookes hospital is about a 10 min cycle or bus ride from the flat. The City Centre is about a 25 min cycle or bus ride. The meadows are right on the door step and it’s a 15 walk to Grantchester meadows. There’s a Sainsbury’s local less than 5 minutes walk away, and there is a big Waitrose 10-15 minute walk away. There are also a few food/coffee trucks which stop by the Sainsbury’s occasionally.

You would be sharing with me and my dog Buffy, a very friendly French Bulldog. I mainly work from home, but I do go to my office in London about once a week. I’m often out at the gym or at netball in the evenings, but when at home me and my currently lodger enjoy catching up and watching some rubbish on Netflix 🫢

I’m happy to consider week days only.


The rent is £850 and includes bills, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Now TV, and Disney+ etc.

I’m happy to do viewings immediately, and can be flexible about dates/times.

I can also be flexible on moving in and moving out dates so please just message me and we can discuss!!
