En-Suite Room In Trumpington Meadows Available Now

Hi there

I’m looking for a lodger in my ground floor 2 bedroom flat in Trumpington Meadows. The room is a good size double room that comes furnished with double bed, bedside tables , chest of drawers and built-in double wardrobe. The room also has an en suite shower.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living space that opens on to a terrace which backs onto a patio, and has a lovely view over the meadows. It’s in a block of 8 flats with friendly neighbours. The building has secure cycle storage and there is free parking on the roads nearby.


Addenbrookes hospital is about a 10 min cycle or bus ride from the flat. The City Centre is about a 20 min cycle or 25 min bus ride. The meadows are right on the door step and it’s about a 15 walk to Grantchester meadows. There’s a small sainsburys local less than 5 minutes away, and there is a big Waitrose which is about a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also a few food/coffee trucks which stop nearby by the sainsburys.

You would be sharing with me and my dog Buffy, a very friendly Frenchie. I mainly work from home, but I do go to my office in London about once a week. I’m often out at the gym or at netball in the evenings, but when I’m home me and my currently lodger enjoy catching up and watching some rubbish on Netflix 🫢

This might suit someone who is looking for a slightly shorter period, e. g. a few months or so. I’m happy to consider week days only.


The rent is £900 and includes all bills, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Prime, Now TV, and Disney+.

I’m happy to do viewings immediately, and can be flexible about dates/times.
