Furnished double and single rooms available for 7-8 weeks only. The single room is available from the 15th of July to the middle of September, the double room is available from the 26th of July to the middle of September. All utilities and council tax included. Wireless broadband included. You will share with 3 other people (4 in total). The main bathroom is shared by 3, as one of the other rooms has an en-suite. Living room with TV, hi-fi. Dining room. Kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Large garden. The house is 5 minutes bike ride from Addenbrookes, 15 minutes and regular buses to city centre/rail station. Off road parking spaces on driveway. Non-smokers only and no pets please.
