We have for 4 rooms available in our house in Trumpington meadows. The ground floor has shared kitchen, cloak room, storage and living room. First floor has 2 double rooms (£750 each) and a family bath. Second floor has a en-suite master room with dressing and a single room.

These can be let as individual rooms or can be shared by two families/couples each having separate floor to themselves with living and dining shared on ground floor. Rooms are available from 1st February.

Council tax and broadband is included in this price. Utility bills, gas, electricity and water, will need to be paid by tenants each month depending on the use.
