Cosy Double Room in Trumpington

Hello,

A room has become available in a cosy 2 bedroom bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood of Cambridge-Trumpington, surrounded by meadows and forests, walking distance to Biomedical Campus, Papworth Hospital, Waitrose and Byron's Pool.

The house has a spacious kitchen, bright living room, bathroom with a bath. There is also a small garden, shed and a sheltered bike stand.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, non-smoker, respectful, will keep the house clean and contribute to cleaning bi-weekly and respects other's space.

I am working at the university and I also teach yoga. I mainly keep to myself, practice yoga, meditation, chanting, reading and happy to share a meal over a chat some evenings.

The room is not furnished but my housemate is willing to sell a double mattress, a bedside table, wardrobe, desk and office chair. (should be a symbolic amount)

No couples (single occupancy only)

Bills and council tax is not included, on average we pay around 150- 200 including council tax and bills depending on the month.
