Amazing double room in Trumpington

A good size double room is available in a beautiful, peaceful and harmonious home.

I'm looking for someone to share this beautiful home that I love living in. It's based in Trumpington, in a quite street; walking distance to Biomedical Campus, Adenbrooks, Waitrose, Byron's Pool and Grantchester.

I'm in my late 30s, working professional (I work at the university); love literature, cinema, music, dancing and I live a yogic lifestyle. This place is a fantastic oasis of peace and I really look forward to sharing it with a likeminded person who likes to keep the place they call home tidy, clean, harmonious and respects other's privacy and space. I'm friendly, curious and would love to get to know the person I share the space with but I also love my own company and spend time on my own as well.

This is definitely not a party house; I'm looking to share it with someone who likes their home to be a place of rest and renewal.

The room comes with a double mattress, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You are welcomed to bring your own furniture if you want to.

The kitchen /living room has double glazed French windows and receives a lot of light and has lots of plants. We have parking space, bike shed and a shed outside for storage. Living here has been a pleasure.

Due to space being limited, it's not suitable for couples or pets.
