I have a room (+private bathroom) available in a 2-bed flat in CB2, very close to the hospital (5 min bus ride), and 20 mins by bus to the train station.
The flat is very spacious and in a really good location, with a Sainsbury’s just below. There’s a really big balcony overlooking a very large green area.
Total rent is £1000 pcm (excluding bills) for a fully furnished flat.
