Double bedroom in Trumpington Meadows

Hi!

My housemate and I looking for a third person to join us. You will be taking the largest bedroom in the house (pictured). The double bedroom is on the first floor and has a sofa, tv, wardrobe, desk and a set of drawers. There is a bathroom on the first floor which you will be sharing with me and my housemate (our bedrooms are also on the first floor). There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

A little about the house. This is 5-bedroom house, 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 on the second floor, and a shared kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor. A lovely family owns this house (second home) and they visit occasionally a couple of times a year as the two girls are in university (London)/boarding school and the mother works and lives overseas. They do store some things in the fridge and freezer so we do recommend that you get your own fridge with freezer.

The rent is £880 per month inclusive of all bills (i. e. council tax, electricity, gas, water & WiFi). This is a 1-year contact (or longer). The house is a 5 minutes walk from the Trumpington Park and Ride, with services inc. PR3 and Busway A to the city centre and Addenbrooke’s/Milton Science Park.

A little about us! I am a a scientist (biotech) and my housemate is a junior doctor. We are both Christians and attend Kingsgate and STAG respectively. We are both from Malaysia and would love to find someone who we could be friends with and is looking to make this place their home. We’d prefer a female as all of the other occupants are female.
