This is in a warm and friendly house , that I the owner lives as well.
The room is 7‘ x 7‘, there is a good sized couch bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and student desk if required.
There is a microwave if required? There are double glazed windows , overlooking the Shelford Road .
This room has just been painted and a new carpet has been fitted.
This room represents an ideal base for someone who maybe works in Cambridge weekdays and goes home weekends, I am only 10 minutes from Addenbrookes hospital, the bus stops is outside and there are several railway stations to the city and London.
There is a bicycle security place available.
This room is on the first floor close to the bathroom and there is a separate ,toilet, both rooms have just been completely renovated .
There is a good sized kitchen, with several washing machines, close heater machine and cooking facilities.
I should add that there is a very friendly house cat that likes people.
This room is available now at one hundred and fifty three pounds per week.
Usual advance of four weeks plus the first week plus and very small deposit that is returnable on the last day of let .

Unexpectedly my large double-sized room is back, and is available now to rent again .

It’s ideal for a working couple or a single working person, who likes a nice quiet place to stay with friendly tenants, I also live in the house as the landlord.

I’m located in the CB2 Shelford area which has multiple services to the city that’s approximately 3 miles away, there is a bus stop outside the house.

I am approximately 12 to 15 minutes walk to Addenbrookes hospital.

I also have additionally a small recently refurbed single room , also that’s available for a single person ideal walking from the hospital.

It’s very large double room that faces south( so sunny aspect in the mornings).

There is a good sized double bed , excellent wardrobe and a chest of drawers, plus a small sofa.

This room is in very nice condition with new floors some paint it’s very clean and very light.

There is also a small eating area with a table and stools. The windows which faced the main road are double glazed.. so no noise.

This room is on the ground floor of a large detached house.
There there is a large newly rebuilt bathroom and separate new toilet on the first floor that’s shared by two other tenants.
There is also a bicycle security shed with the tenants own key.
The good size kitchen, is on the ground floor near this double room, that has washing machines, a dryer also and oven and a micro wave.

There is a bus stop outside my house and a food shop just across the road, there is a supermarket Waitrose 10 minutes walk away.

If you value your peace and quiet “and are that way too,” this could be the house for you.

There is a roving house cat that’s very friendly, she likes to meet people also..

I’m only looking for working people, or a working single person please.

I also have a brand-new small room available now , upstairs which although is small , is very compact and cozy with double glazed windows and a sofa bed good quality. There wardrobe ,small fridge fridge, , and some cooking.

This room would be ideal for somebody who’s working long hours at Addenbrookes and wants to get home quickly, there is a bus that stops outside from the hospital, making just two stops before my road .

The price for this small room is one £145 a week . No extras.. usual advance and deposit.
