Current tenants Eva, Charlotte, Reanna, Megan, Thomas and Katy are looking for a new housemate to move into the property. The tenants like to spend evening together cooking/ watching tv/ socialising and having a laugh but are respectful with each others boundaries and personal space.

The rent is £775 per month which included rent, bills and council tax. Communal areas include a bright living room with 2 large reclining sofas, a kitchen with ample fridge, freezer and cupboard space. Additionally there is a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier.

Very close to local amenities (Shops/ hospitals, park and ride and Cambridge city centre).
