Two Rooms Available in Cosy Trumpington Flat – Looking for Friendly New Flatmates!

Hi! I’m Jo (she/they), 28, Irish, runner, animal lover, working on just transitions and sustainable development. Looking for two new flatmates to join me in our lovely Trumpington flat from end October. My beloved current flatmates are moving down to London, so I’m looking for new folks to fill this cosy home.

The flat is UNFURNISHED – most of the furniture in the photos belongs to the boys (or is from the original property listing) so we’ll need to refurnish the place together.

The rooms available are Bedroom 1 (with en suite) and Bedroom 2 (biggest room, shares bathroom with Bedroom 3). I'm in the tiny room and also have sole use of the study. There's a large open plan kitchen/living/dining space and a huge balcony.

It’s a peaceful, well-located spot: right by Addenbrookes hospital, a 15-minute cycle to town, and the Number 7 bus stops right outside the flat block.

Dream roommates are:

- Friendly young professionals
- Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Queer-affirming (non-negotiable – this needs to be a safe and welcoming home)
- Folks who’ll help keep the flat calm and comfortable – the dream is we get on like a house on fire, but also respect each other’s privacy

Details:

- Council tax band C (not included in rent - hence why not looking for full-time students)
- Bills not included – water, power, Wi-Fi (likely to come to around £100/month, but I can check specifics)
- New contract starts 27th October (landlord hasn't mentioned a rent increase but there's a small chance!)

Pls note the flat is on the 3rd floor and has no lift so it's not fully accessible.
