Cosy small double room

Hello all my name is Liv and I am looking for someone to rent a room in my two bed flat located in Trumpington. It's a nice bike ride into town and takes me 15/20 minutes, also very quick to cycle to the train station. There are also lots of buses to town/ train station too

The room is a choice between a small double for £650 per month or a large double room with en suite for £1000 per month. Both are furnished and inclusive of bills. For single occupancy only, no couples sorry.

The flat has a large balcony and a large roof terrace, communal lounge and kitchen and two bathrooms.

I will be working and staying in Oxford for 3 nights per week so essentially you would have the flat to yourself midweek.

I have two cats so liking cats is essential, they are very friendly and snuggly. Unfortunately they don't like dogs but may tolerate another cat- happy to discuss if you have a pet.

I am friendly and enjoy paddle boarding and board games in my free time.
