Lovely New Single Room near Addenbrookes Hospital

Hello,

I am a teacher and I moving out of my lovely newly furnished single room in Trumpington near Addenbrookes Hospital. It is located 20 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes to the hospital. It is ideal for a single female postgraduate student or for a female professional working at the hospital or the science park near the hospital. The room is fully furnished, with a brand new mattress, (still wrapped), desk, chair, mirror, and small wardrobe. There is an upstairs shared bathroom and a downstairs modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a downstair small bathroom and a garden. The house is big and is shared with a kind female nurse landlady and 3 very well behaved and friendly teenagers. The family is very considerate and kind. I have finished my Masters degree and I am going back home. I have been able to call this my home for nearly a year and I am sorry to leave it, so hopefully you will enjoy the stay also.
