I am a teacher and I moving out of a lovely newly furnished single room in Trumpington near Addenbrookes Hospital. It is located 20 minutes from the city center, and 10 minutes to the hospital or the train station. It is ideal for a single female postgraduate student or for a female professional working at the hospital or the science park near the hospital. The room is fully furnished, with a brand new mattress, (still wrapped), desk, comfortable chair, mirror, and small wardrobe. There is an upstairs and a downstairs shared bathroom and a downstairs big modern kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is also a downstair big sitting room and a garden. The house is shared with a kind nurse landlady and 3 very well behaved and polite teenagers. The family is very considerate, kind and helpful. I have finished my Masters degree and I am going back home, so the room will be available from 1st December.
