Looking for a female lodger or a couple for a stylish and well-appointed flat, with a view to a National Country Park with wildlife (168 Acres).

The apartment is fully furnished and includes two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and one extra bathroom. Additionally, it has an open-plan top-spec kitchen with a wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, hob, and two ovens, next to the large living room area with views to the park.

On offer is the large, en-suite double bedroom. It contains a large fitted wardrobe with mirrors, a double bed with two side tables, and a comfortable chair and an office, and a big chest of drawers. All the furniture, mattress and bedding/towels are new. It is full of light from a large garden-facing window.

A parking space is allocated for the apartment next to the building, which will be used by the lodger (to be agreed). There is also a secure bicycle storage room inside the building.

The landlords are a couple, they keep the smaller room and are only present in the flat once every couple of months due to international work, so effectively the lodger will be using the full flat on their own the vast majority of the time, like being in their own flat but at a fraction of the price.

The rental price includes regular professional cleaning. The gas, electricity and water bills will be paid by the lodger, but landlords will share for the days that they are present. Bills are low as insulation, appliances and lights are all new.
