The flat is ideally situated for Addenbrokes/Biomedical Campus (10 min walk), the new Cambridge South Train Station (5-10 min walk) and is also well-served by the busway, with buses to St Ives via Cambridge City Centre and Trumpington Park and Ride. Central Cambridge is a 10-15 minute cycle away and can be accessed using the cycle path that runs alongside the busway to Cambridge Train Centre.

In Hobson Square (2 min walk) there is a Sainsbury's Local and Nisa, restaurants, library, GP and dentist. Hobson's Park is also 2 minutes away. Trumpington has several pubs, takeaways, a barbers, a dry cleaners and a large Waitrose.

The other flat mate is in his mid-twenties and works in Cambridge. Looking for a respectful, friendly new house mate.
