Our house mate is relocating for work and therefore we are looking for someone or a couple to take there his room. Moving in date is negotiable - but preferably mid December or early January.

The house is located on trumpington high street within walking distance of waitrose, Post Office and a few good pubs.

The room is fully funished with a small double bed, wardrobe and bedsize table for the new occupant. Rent is £500 pcm plus approx £70 pcm for bills.
we rent through a agence so there would be the standard agence fee would apply.
