Double room in a 2 bedroom semi detached house

A furnished double room is available in a 2 bedroom semi detached house just outside Trumpington from 15th of March 2019.

It is a good location to go to Addenbrookes hospital or to Cambridge train station (10 and 15 mins by bike) or to commute to south Cambridge.

The room is all furnished (double bed, 2 wardrobes). The living room is bright with a window bay leading to the nice back garden. The house has all amenities (including washing machine and dishwasher). Rent is £505 and all bills + broadband are about £130 per month.

You would share with me, 30 year old french engineer. In my spare time I like running, cycling, watching sports or series on TV, or meeting friends for a drink into town.

I'm preferably looking for a professional in his/her late twenties/early thirties who work office hours.
