Lovely 2 Bed House in Trumpington - double room

Hello! Very clean and tidy house with friendly live in landlord. I have my own business helping manufacturing businesses improve, so am often away during the week. When I’m home I enjoy cooking, cycling (a lot), running and having friends and my partner around.

The house is a great location for Addenbrookes - my last four housemates have all been medical staff (which has given me a whole new appreciation of how amazing all NHS staff are). It’s also very easy to get to M11, close to Waitrose and a new Nisa and completely furnished house.

£850pcm includes broadband, a weekly cleaner use of all facilities (tumble dryer, iron, dyson, bbq, rice cooker, sous-vide, washing machine, dishwasher, full Sonos throughout house, TV and so on...).

There is space to park opposite the house (though not a dedicated spot). I'm very easy going and encourage my housemates to treat the house like their own (this may involve keeping the numerous plants alive) but I do like to keep my house very clean, tidy and presentable, so if you’re someone who likes to leave the dishes after dinner for another day, I’m sorry but this isn’t the house for you.

Females preferred as having two sisters I tend to get on quite well with girls, that said am not overly fussed either way so long as it’s a good fit for both sides. Current housemate just moved as she had a placement at Norwich hospital, so there's a room free from October... I'm sure she'd happily talk to any one interested to give them an account of the house from the horses mouth.
