Very close to Addenbrookes Hospital and Royal Papworth Hospital, very easy access to Cambridge train station, and City Centre. There is a guided bus and cycle lane that will only take you 10 mins to get to the station/City or you can use a bus. There is a near local Waitrosse & Sainsbury grocery shop just 5mins walk from the house. Park n ride is also available in Trumpington 5mins walk from the house going to City Centre. The room is very spacious and house interior designed modern minimalist.
We are a couple and have a spare room in our house, We are professionals and we respect individuals privacy in the house. Never had any issues from other tenants before and they love staying in this house as it is quite and good location.

If you are working near train station you can use the guided bus A to come to my house it will only take you 10mins from train station, The guided bus A will stop at the Park n Ride. And it's 4mins walk from there to my house.

We have a 8months old baby, so we are looking for someone will consider it.
