Double room (with adjacent bathroom) available to rent in spacious home, bills included. The village has a gym, spa and golf course, other than that the area is very quiet and peaceful.
I like to keep the house clean and tidy and would expect anyone living here to respect that. There is plenty of room on the driveway for parking and garage space could also be made available.
Wisbech, Kings Lynn, Spalding and Peterborough are all within close driving distance.
Ps would consider renting to couples and/or renting two rooms at additional cost.
