Like a cosy boutique hotel

I have a beautiful, fully furnished room to let in my lovely house just outside Wansford. It has a large en-suite and it looks out onto the garden. The room also has a private fridge. The fee includes a cleaning lady and towels and bed linen if wanted. It's a very friendly and sociable household which includes Harry the cat, getting on with him is a must! The house is cosy in the winter, aided by open fires and wonderfully light and open during the summer. It's a house for all seasons. The shared spaces are large and numerous. It has all the luxuries you would expect and then some. I have had lodgers on and off for the last 25 years, with one staying for five years and three of them coming back for more, so that says it all. One friend says that if he lived here he would never want to go on holiday. That about sums it up.
