The house has a south-facing rear garden overlooking meadow fields. There is also a shed which you can store 2 bikes in, with easy access down the side passageway. The accommodation comprises a kitchen and a living room downstairs, and a double bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

Waterbeach is a well serviced village with local shops, a gym, four pubs, a curry house, Chinese, and fish and chip shop. There’s plenty of surrounding countryside to explore, including peaceful footpaths along the River Cam.
