Lovely village location - Home from home....

Hello, I am looking to rent out my double room in a lovely cottage in Werrington Village. I am a live in landlord, so there would be just the 2 of us living in the property (with my 5 dogs)

Yes, you read that correctly, I have 5 lovely well behaved dogs, 4 of whom are quite senior, so they like to walk, sleep and have cuddles. If you are scared of dogs, then this will not be the right room for you.

The cottage is located about 200yds away from a bus stop, and within the village there are shops, a pharmacy, post office and some nice pubs and eateries, so you will be close to some great amenities.

The cottage has good broadband and there is a kitchen and washing machine which you are welcome to use - as part of the room rent. The room does not have an en suite, but you will pretty much have sole use of the downstairs bathroom as I have one in my room, so don't need to use it much.

The room itself is bright and airy and has a large wardrobe for any clothes storage. There is also a TV in the room for you to use.
