Double Bedroom in Quiet Cul-de-Sac

This is a spare double room where I live, it's got lots of drawers and a built in wardrobe, but no en-suite. Although there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower that would be pretty much just yours.
There's a shared living/dining room (with fully fitted bar) and kitchen as well as a good sized garden.
I work from home and am generally quiet, so would be looking for someone else who is quiet or at least not partying every night.
Werrington may be at the top end of Peterborough, but if you drive you can get anywhere easily, and there's a bus stop just outside that goes straight to the city centre..
Rent includes all utilities/bills, and there's a separate wifi network set up too.
