Nice Room To Let

Hi, I am looking for some one that is tidy and who will do their share in keeping the house work up to date. I live in a nice part of Peterborough and there are shops nearby including a supermarket, garage and several types of takeaway facilities. This room has radiator, bed can be supplied or not, which ever is required. Full use of kitchen and bathroom which includes seperate shower unit. All bills included except telephone. There is a large back garden and car parking space.
