Double room for rent in Werrington Village, P'Boro

Hello, I'm Steve and I am looking to rent out a double bedroom in my three bedroom semi-detached home in the heart of Werrington Village Peterborough. Situated in a fantastic area of Peterborough, very safe and close to all amenities. Really handy for Peterborough centre and places such as Stamford, Market Deeping etc. The room is fully furnished with large fitted wardrobes, bed, etc although anything not required can be removed so I am flexible. The house is very clean and a very pleasant, relaxed place to be. The garden, patio and decking area is great for BBQs! The driveway is always available for offroad parking . I have broadband, sky TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, full cooking facilities and enough cupboard space for you to call your own!

I work as a classic car specialist and enjoy life with friends and family as much as possible. I am easygoing, friendly and of course I respect personal space. It is important to me that anyone renting the room feels at home and enjoys it, but equally respects it. I have a great little Cocker Spaniel who is often here. She is the nicest little dog you could ever wish to meet and very gentle, but of course it is essential that you are ok with this. I could possibly consider renting to a couple and offering the use of the third bedroom at a revised rate.
