I am the owner of the property and I am renting out my spare room. If you have a dog I am open to this so long as they are not an especially hairy breed and house trained etc. I have super-fast broadband, I keep the property tidy, have everything I think a tenant would want.

Key Deposit £25 per set (house door and room door).
