Double room

I am a live in landlord, I work shifts full time for the local authority, when i am not at work i am usually found in bed lol I have an additional single room which is used by my Daughter when she stays

I am friendly and have excellent sense of humour, and most importantly clean and tidy, there is nothing worse than having to clean up after someone else.

I am looking for someone who is similar in that they are considerate, fairly quiet and have a sense of humour.

Everyone has full use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom, there is also a garden and a double garage which i would say can be used for storage but its getting pretty full.

The house is clean and well presented.
