Double room in Willingham

Double room to rent on Monday to Friday basis. One other person (female) is currently in the house Sunday night to Friday morning. Landlord is currently working abroad so would likely only be back at weekends. House is 3 bedroom detached with a drive where at least 2 cars can be parked. One main bathroom and a second with shower is available so no queuing necessary. Kitchen, living room, broadband, bills included. While not in Cambridge, areas in the north of the city are typically 25 minutes by car or the guided bus can be boarded at Longstanton for access to the city or St Ives and Huntingdon. Employed professional female preferred.
