Description

I currently have one double room with en-suite available. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV socket, unlimited broadband. The en-suite has a shower, sink and WC. The kitchen is shared and includes use of the fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a private garden with lawn, and parking on private driveway.

In mid-Feb I will have a further two double rooms spare and another bathroom with bath and separate shower. I would particularly be interested in a lodger who could do with just one room for the moment but who would like to take on a second room when available at a reduced rate (negotiable).

Wimblington is about 4 miles from March railway station. The house is an executive modern style property and the bus stop is a short walk away.
There is a pub, a garage and a local shop.

I'm looking for a professional person who is a non-smoker, clean and tidy and will respect my property. I am a quiet but sociable person however I would expect us to respect each others space.
