Room to rent

Hello, and welcome,

I am looking for a Tennant to rent my single spare room. It's not being used.

You will need to drive as out in a rural setting and it is really peaceful with wonderful neighbours.

I have driveway, single room, kitchen, utility, downstairs toilet, bathroom, two living rooms, big garden. There are two tvs. Broadband.

The room is unfurnished I am able to provide chest of drawers, and have a futon available but nothing fancy. .

I am looking for someone who is just as easy going as me, in a permanent /, secure job. References will be required.

Need to be dog savvy.
