Price does include all bills, such as council tax, water, electricity, high speed internet (broadband), gas, and TV license. The price is for two people sharing ( or three people if you have a kid).
Room is fully furnished, but furniture can be removed fully, or partially, if you would like to move in with your own furniture. You will have for your own exclusive use your own bathroom/shower with a toilet, washer-dryer, dehumidifier, and 4K Smart TV.
In the kitchen you will have your own fridge-freezer.
Room is on the first floor, with a window facing the back garden.
In property are available shared kitchen, and shared dining room. On the back of
the property there is a very small garden. There is one smoker in the property, and if you are vaping or smoking, you are welcome to do so in the back garden.
Contract allows you to claim universal credit ( housing benefit part) and the landlord will provide good reference for good tenants. Room looks bigger in photos, please arrange viewing before committing.
Car parking is available on the public road.
Minimal let term- 1 week.
Maximal let term - one year but extension will not be unreasonably declined
We are speaking English and Latvian.

You MUST have legal status in the UK, and it will be checked.

On street itself and outside on the house are installed CCTV cameras.
People currently living there speak English and Latvian.
