I have a room to rent in Elm, Wisbech. Looking for trustworthy, professional people to share the house with or a parent and child due to having two rooms. The property is in a lovely, modern estate with three local pubs and a shop two minutes walk down the road. Wisbech town center is less than 5-10 minutes by car with easy access to King's Lynn, March and Peterborough (also on a bus route). The house is detached with off road parking and a garden with a shed, BBQ etc. You will have full access to use all the facilities in the house and make the house your home, storage room in the loft and garage, use of the gym equipment etc. A little about me, I am a teacher who enjoys playing sports, cooking, travelling, socialising, and many other things. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen/dining room, utility, toilet and small office and gym spaces.
