Description

We welcome tenants that want somewhere quiet and clean to live and that can get on with others living in the house
We provide a Cleaner twice a week for the communal areas but expect everyone to clean up after themselves.

Working with regular income only please.

The only extra to pay for is the tumble dryer (coin meter) and tv licence if required.

Single person from £95 per week (Every Friday)

Two people £130 per week (Every Friday)

High speed broadband (unlimited)

Just decorated as well as very clean and within 10 minutes walk from the town and port, 20 minutes walk from Weasenham Lane industrial estate.

Smokers are allowed but not in rooms or communal areas (this does not include out of the window)
