Description
My spare bedroom is available preferably for a locum/contracted professional. Suitable for a short stay of 1 week- 3 months, possibly longer. There is also a smaller room available for a short stay. Live in landlord.
There is a new Smart LG OLED TV in the room with Netflix.
The room is a modern double room, however not available for couples. Bills included. Broadband available.
It has a large en suite with shower and a dressing room with fitted units. A desk can be provided if needed. There is no access to the kitchen at present but I can provide meals for an extra charge.
My house is detached and has a large driveway with ample parking for several cars.. It is in a quiet area and only a 15 min walk to Wisbech town centre.
Wisbech town centre is only a 15 minute walk where there is a Wetherspoons and many take aways. Also there is a local shop just round the corner.
My desired tenant would be a quiet professional. Female preferred.. The room is advertised for Mon- Friday only. and would be ideal for a family person who works during the week and goes home at the weekends.
