It is in a house overlooking the common and there is a large garden with a number of trees that the room overlooks. There is also off-road parking. Shared facilities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a kitchen cupboard and fridge and freezer space. There is also an iron and ironing board. Bedding linen is provided.
