We offer this spacious semi studio room for the market price of a shared accommodation in exchange for a kind, quiet lodger who values quietness as we do. If playing loud music or video games please wear headphones; or having guests round please keep voices low. We do not accept a guest staying more than three nights a month. The room is protected under rental property insurance but only applies to one person occupancy. No facility for pets, not suitable for couple.

If you are a full time professional working 9-To-5 with references both from your employer and one other, then you are more than welcome. We are a friendly couple interested in literature and permaculture.

Minimum stay will be six months.
