Non estate location - Furnished Double room available for friendly professional person in semi detached house with south facing garden and onsite parking.

The room is painted white with wood flooring and comes furnished with a comfy double bed, pine chest of drawers, side table, shabby chic clothes rail, linen basket, rug and wall mounted TV.
Bed linen, pillows and soft furnishings included.
There is also a separate office that can be used for home working.
The house is owned by a friendly professional home working single female, shared with student daughter and the family cat!
Our interests include cooking and anything creative and we are social people who host evenings with friends and family from time to time.
The kitchen/diner houses a range type cooker, washing machine, fridgefreezer, dishwasher, microwave, airfyer and dining table with seating for 6.
Use of all crockery and pots etc included.
The lounge is spacious as it used to be two rooms and includes comfy sofa's, foot stools, and a piano.
The larger than average downstairs bathroom is in need of updating, but has a real 80's charm!!! It has a metal bath and overhead shower. Just not everyone's taste for decor.
Outside, there is a decent sized patio area with outdoor dining facilities and a bbq/firepit. The garden is south facing, and the lawns are edged by mature trees and shrubs.
The property is situated close to a bus stop for easy access to Ely, however, please note that buses are not regular and transport will likely be required. Taxis to Ely are around £11 per trip. Ely to Cambridge by train is around 20 mins.
Monday to Friday let considered at £125 per week.
Some meals can be provided for an additional monthly fee.
Smokers welcome, but no smoking in the house.
We are easy going people to live with and would prefer someone who is sociable and will treat our house as their home 🙂
