Three rooms in friendly house

Three rooms, comprising of a bedroom, lodger's own sitting room (about to be converted from the pink bedroom in the photos), and a storage room.

The sitting room will be provided with a sofa, coffee table, etc.

Lodger has solo use of ground floor shower room (I have my own ensuite).

Over the years I've learned that female lodgers are best in terms of cleanliness and reliability, so I'm looking for females only.

I've had many lodgers down the years who've become friends, a reference would be easy to provide if needed.

My friendly husky is very well behaved, but can be kept separate from the three lodger rooms if needs be.

Shared use of kitchen, nice garden. Looking for female, employed, tidy lodger. £530 includes all bills.


The train station and city centre are both around 20 minutes walk (or £5/6 in an Uber).

The room is for single occupancy only at all times.
