Fully Furnished Room

I live close to the city centre and have a double room to let. The room is clean and fully furnished (see photo's), rent includes all bills and use of the lounge (see photos), kitchen (see photos) and bathroom, use of washing machine and dishwasher, broadband.
I have 2 small dogs.
A deposit of £100 is required, this will be returned at the end of rental agreement provided one months notice is given and everything is left in good order. Rent is payable monthly in advance.
